We do not survey or inspect yacht sails as part of our services. We recommend that a dedicated sailmaker inspect your sails.

Our services do not include the inspection of running rigging (e.g., halyards, sheets, and control lines). However, we perform a visual inspection of the standing rigging (e.g., shrouds and stays) from deck level, assessing components that are safely accessible without specialised equipment. For a comprehensive evaluation, including aloft or internal mast inspections, we recommend engaging a certified yacht rigger. Regular professional rigging assessments are essential for ensuring the safety and performance of your vessel.

Unfortunately, due to the specialised nature of wooden boats and their increased susceptibility to rot and hidden structural issues, we do not offer surveys for vessels of wooden construction.
